Whether you’re not sure where to begin or you feel like you’re in over your head or you don’t have time to plan the details – we’re delighted to be of assistance! Probably your first question is: What are our fees? They are based on the services you require and the amount of time it will take to perform them. We can be more specific once we’ve had an initial complimentary consultation, but generally, our rates range from $1500 – $2500, with $1900 being the average. Of course, this all depends upon the venue you choose, if it’s for both the ceremony and reception, if it’s at one location or two, size of the guest list and wedding party, and if we’ll need to have a wedding assistant.
Once this is determined, we want to jump in and help you with your planning and vision as soon as we can. That will allow us time to know you so that we can suggest the best solutions and service to you and your family. In our opinion, a “day-of coordinator” is not very practical for us to be able to offer you the best experience, so the sooner you bring us on board, the better for you!
Our services always include reviewing vendor contracts; creating detailed, customized timelines for vendors and a day-of schedule for wedding participants; planning and running the rehearsal, whether or not your officiant is able to participate. Each key stakeholder in your wedding day is personally contacted to gather pertinent information for designing the framework of your day. In addition, venue site walk-throughs that include logistics, floor plans and meetings with venue staff are included in the pricing.
We oversee the entire event from start to finish, and most importantly, problem-solve any unforeseen circumstance that might arise.
As your planning gets underway, we can recommend talented and reliable businesses in the industry that you may need to provide additional services.

We also add a personal touch in these areas for our clients:
· Assist with determining a realistic financial budget

· Assist in ordering invitations, including proper wording and etiquette
· Instruction of duties of wedding party and ushers
· Act as vendor liaison for the wedding day to ensure all contracted duties are performed and on time, as discussed
· Confirm and communicate transportation needs for the day
· Collect personal items/gifts
· Oversee vendor set up and tear down
